It’s my drink of choice, up here in Dallas. They sold cans for a while, but it’s now just six packs of 8oz bottles. They taste better than canned anyway. I go through them more than I should, but I’m still skinny. Every time they run out at the store, I panic, thinking the good times have ended and they aren’t going to be shipped up here any more.

There’s a theory that New Coke was a blind to introduce HFCS into Coke with few complaints. The thinking is that people would be so glad to have the old formula back, they wouldn’t notice the sugar had been replaced. Don’t know if it’s tinfoil stuff or has merit.

Not for me. I get the sugar version here, and I like to put it in the freezer until it’s got some ice in it. Not too much. But, I can no longer really enjoy it even straight out of the fridge.

I tried it and it tasted like cold medicine. Maybe I got a bad batch, because everyone else seems to love it.
