The law says they should be deported. Good luck finding a President who will respect that law. The last one who did was Dwight Eisenhower who deported a few million illegals back to Mexico in Operation Wetback.
In Santa Barbara on a visit, we couldn't find an English speaking person to order a pizza from. The hotel had stopped room service. After minutes on the phone with a nonEnglish speaker ... I gave up trying to explain we wanted a pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. When it arrived, I truly didn't’ know what it was. It had vegetables on it and some other stuff. We were so hungry we ate in anyway. This was 1 years ago!
