If people have a problem seeing reality then they shouldn’t look. I doubt anyone enjoys seeing these type of photos but it is the reality of the drug wars, which anymore I am not so certain that is all they are.

Further “heads will role” once Islamic law gets hold in our country as well..so these photos simply show what people can expect one day in the not too distant future...on our soil...although there are already isolated incidents.

Well, that is entirely possible as the rifles manufactured under contract to be shipped to the mexican government probably have a unique serial number prefix.

Ok, I suppose I have dragged yall around long enough.

He appears to be looking for the auto-sear pin which is clearly visible on either side of the lower receiver.

That location is easily identifiable, being directly above the Safe / Select Fire switch, which is also visible on either side of the receiver.

AR-15's (semi-auto) do not have the auto-sear pin, making the ID of a M-16 vs. AR-15 a snap with just a glance.

In the photo above that location is exactly where he is looking, which is exactly where I would look.

And to think, prior to the 1930s, we could all buy automatic weapons in a hardware store! If such conditions still existed today, a bunch of us could swing on down there to Texas and Arizona and take care of what old ladies such as John McCain and Lindsay Graham would rather avoid.
