I like the idea. But you can see how Gov Jindal wanted to build sand berms to protect the Louisiana environment from Gulf oil — and the federal government just wouldn’t allow it. Building a wall would be great, but the feds won’t allow it to happen.
ok... so what if we purchased the land... on the mexican side? of course, you wouldn’t tell them what it’s for or the actual owners, as you’d buy it through shell companies. you could tell them you might run irrigation pipes through the area... which might be accurate...
