Why not ask her whether she thinks the federal government has the legal authority to force the states to accept homo “marriage”
That lawmaker would be stupid because, for the most part, Americans do not care about Kagan’s sexuality.
However, the people do care about Kagan’s views and you GOP Heroes in the Senate lack the brass to vote against her.
