IIRC, The original police investigation was stopped as both parties agreed to pursue a civil settlement. The statute of limitations runs out in October. The masseuse is putting the sex crazed poodle on notice that if he doesn’t pony up she still has time to pursue legal charges.

Someone else said it on FR but I had wondered the same thing. When he requested a massage did the hotel send the wrong kind of “massager”, he wanted a prostitute, but asked for and was sent a real masseuse. Or in the past the masseuses have been cooperative and well compensated and went along with what he wanted.
I think this is probably the basis for the divorce. All has not been well in the Gore Fairy Tale for a long time. Nor in the Edwards one either.

I think Hillary’s friends are clearing the field for her to challenge the One in 2012.
Some of this is theory, some fact.
When this first happened, the woman was going to let this drop. (In fact, a victim's group advised her to do that so the world would not be destroyed by global warming. No, I'm not kidding.)
I'm thinking the Enquirer heard something about the incident and contacted her. At that point, she felt it was time to go to the police. (I had heard that she went to them as well when this first happened, but I'm not sure of that.)
I also think Gore was contacted by the Enquirer, and perhaps Tipper. It quite possibel that's why they are now breaking up. This was probably just the last straw for her.
Does anyone know if DNA tests have been run on the evidence? I realize of course, that we have to have additional DNA evidence from Gore to verify but if warrants are issued....hmmmmm.....
I know she gave a statement to PPD but what about a complaint filed? Anything yet? Gotta go that next step lady if you’re “demanding” an investigation and for “justice to be served”.
Indeed, such justice is almost too sweet to anticipate for us little people, or, according to BP, “small people”.
