There are still mentions of Cheney having been at the helm of Halliburton years after he left, but somehow the newspapers don’t see fit to remind the public of Byrd’s past association with the KKK.

Well, you have to understand that to a DemocRat, Halliburton is far more evil than the Ku Klux Klan.

Luckily, the Lord believes that a person with sincere remorse for past actions can be forgiven and born anew.

For the rest of us, it’s hard to believe a leopard can change its spots.
