Yep, every govt. agency gets a huge infusion of money EXCEPT DoD and NASA. DHS and Education are buying everybody laptops and iPods because they have too much money to spend legitimately. What do you say for space programs and military weapon systems? It’s the same old “there’s no money”. Like everything else in life, it all depends on who you are. As always, DoD is at the rock bottom of the totem pole.

This will be, I suspect, the Big Con of Big Cons! (However, it does seem quite transparent that this could be a setup for a military-hating flim-flam.)

Mister Obama appears to be constructing for himself an artificial "need" (via horrific debt) to cut and disable and degrade and demoralize our marvelous Military.

And, in what might be typical of a malignant narcissist, he will try to set this up so he can BLAME US for wanting to preserve our vital defense, while he pursues his objective. I don't know for certain, yet. But my suspicions are surfacing.

Question: does this guy come to mind?
