We need two tier pricing for oil. Those states that cooperate and produce and those that obstruct and consume.
I think states that produce should increase their royalities on oil and then pour that money into improved energy and transporation infrastructure. Beggar the non oil producing states.
I think we need a “Cap and Tax me NOW” two-tiered pricing structure.....you support the end of drilling offshore, you pay for it NOW. You want Cap and Tax? You start paying for it like it’s already in effect NOW.
