I think we need a “Cap and Tax me NOW” two-tiered pricing structure.....you support the end of drilling offshore, you pay for it NOW. You want Cap and Tax? You start paying for it like it’s already in effect NOW.
I have oil on my beaches now, just no revenue to the state to be divied up like Alaska. I love living with @$$ holes that think the Gulf of Mexico has state boundries. Maybe this will wake up some lost souls, but I doubt it.
