We need two tier pricing for oil. Those states that cooperate and produce and those that obstruct and consume.
I think states that produce should increase their royalities on oil and then pour that money into improved energy and transporation infrastructure. Beggar the non oil producing states.

I would love someone to start calling these idiots out on stuff like that...."So....how long have you been living with the lights and ac turned off? Do you ride a bicycle everywhere you go or do you still drive a car? Do you refrigerate your food, or do you walk to the market daily with your little greenie basket?
