Hey RC...
I've noticed that drunk/drugged look more and more when Obie has to make public appearances.
I think he is heavily medicated and on the verge of a breakdown. The Dems know it hence the talk of the player swap between Hillary and Biden. Nobody should want Biden in the second chair right now.
