I used to believe that too. Now I believe never in a million years will it happen. Hugo Chavez could take over and we would write letters and have tea parties.
I would bet heavily against it. Oh sure, some small percentage would carry out such orders but they will be distracted by having to fight those troops opposed to killing American civilians.
