NY exhibit imagines utopian, green cities in 2030

I'd like to know why leftists always want to change everything to meet their approval. If they are so right, why don't they pick an empty spot in say, Africa, and then build their eco-friendly dream metropolis there just to show us all how it's done? Call it "World Environmental Earth Network International Experiment". We'll check back on them in a year or so and see how many of the "W.E.E.N.I.E"ese are still alive.

Leftists only make sense when you uncloak their real motivation: envy. Leftists always disguise their true motivation because envy is not socially acceptable. They envy their neighbors newer and more expensive cars. Envy is not about having what others have but denying others what they have. Many leftists could afford a newer more expensive car than their neighbors, but instead they prefer to fight to take away their neighbors cars. But their dream of banning the automobile will not bring them happiness. Freed of car payments, richer neighbors will just sink their money into incredibly expensive bicycles that will infuriate leftists even more.

Humans did not evolve to live in ant hills. Living in close proximity to so many others with more wealth and status causes intense feelings of envy. It's why city dwellers are leftists, and country dwellers couldn't give a damn about their neighbors new car sitting a mile away.

Remind me again of how many black/Mexican gangs they have in Jakarta!

When I was a kid something about the lyrics from this hippie era song struck me as wrong:

"Tax the rich, feed the poor, 'Til there are no rich no more"

Doesn't it seem that the goal should be to eliminate poverty, or to have the poor fed instead of making sure the rich are eliminated?

Also, is there something more sinister going on here? Do they mean that they want to eliminate rich people entirely in a Marxist Che/PolPot/Ceausescu/Pelosi/Healthcare Bill/Stalinist way, or just to take away all their wealth so that we are all in the third world?

Leftism is built on a foundation of evil so yes, it's as sinister as can be under the shiny hood painted red, green, or recently hijacked "conservative true blue". The poor and hungry are just human shields the left uses to take your stuff. Most poor people in America are clinically obese, own multiple cells phones, cable TVs, cars, computers, big screen TVs, have free healthcare, high-speed internet, on and on. The left is now working to slim down the poor because they are losing their effectiveness as props.

Envy is the root cause of war, murder, stealing, and voting Democrat.

How are they planning about moving all of the supplies one needs to keep a megalopolis like Manhattan going?

Unicorn Coaches pulling trailers stuffed with stuff?

Or are they thinking of using effete bike messengers carrying infinite bags of holding?
