After expressing grave misgivings about his dawdling, unserious, greenhorn Commander-in-Chief’s policies, Gen. Stanley McChrystal is history.

In a sensational Rolling Stone interview appropriately titled “The Runaway General,” McChrystal and his staffers were quite right to be critical of President Obama’s non-strategy for not winning the war in Afghanistan, but in a constitutional republic propriety requires that top generals keep their mouths (and the mouths of their aides) shut in public. Rolling Stone has a long history of blindly opposing war in general so it seems reasonable to assume the magazine went with the article in an effort to undermine America’s war effort. Longtime leftist Jann Wenner, founder of the magazine, wouldn’t have it any other way

Wenner is a major Obama bootlicker, not only through RS but he also did that hit piece on Sara Palin through Us magazine. So while it may not be a surprise that he would want to undermine the war effort it is a surprise that he would publish an article that paints the administration as a bunch of buffoons.

Tossing McChrystal aside and keeping Obama is like tossing out the day-old bread and keeping last month's tuna salad that's never been refrigerated. I miss having adults in charge.

Yeah, I miss George W. Bush.

He’s a child blundering about in a dangerous, adult world. His election will go down in history as the darkest day for democracy.

Watching this administration “operate” this war, reminds me of the dim-o-crats and the press “operating” the Viet Nam war. A lot of very good people got dead in that mess, and for nothing. Obviously they have learned nothing since then. Bring the boys and girls home now! Lets fix America first.

Petraeus passed out last week while testifying before those idiots in congress. One wonders how long he can stand the rigors of a battlefield commander.

Wenner is also a mega-out gay man. Don't forget, until Obama's current GLBT Month thingie, the gays' thongs were in a wad that O wasn't doing enough for them. And the publishing timelines for a major magazine interview are months ahead of the issue hitting the stores.

Obummer has told one lie after the other and now he cans a General for daring to speak the truth. America is in dire straights and I am afraid blood will flow deeply in the streets if something doesn't stop this WhiteHouse. Waco was a preview as to what Democrats are capable of.

“...McChrystal and his staffers were quite right to be critical of President Obama’s non-strategy for not winning the war in Afghanistan...”

.
Didn’t McChrystal know, before he accepted the job, that Obama would side with the enemy? Why the general’s surprise with 0’s incompetence? 0 made it very clear, even before the elections, that he would always side with Islam.

And now Patraeus accepts his opportunity to be thrown under the bus. Didn’t they teach them more astuteness at West Point?
