It is really a shame but he knows the UCMJ and should not have broken the law. Thank God he is not going to Courts Martial....he certainly could have.

Sorry, but I’m not able to find anything that he’s SAID that is against the UCMJ. Can you specify what he said wrong?

What evidence is there he broke military law? Decorum, maybe. Politics, definitely. But methinks you’ve fell for what is largely a non-story. If people are upset, he must have done something wrong. And since he’s who he is,l he should have known better. Except at the bottom of the controversy, there’s not much to it. Which is why when the MSM wrings its hands about the scandal you don’t hear any specific quotes (attributable to McChrystal). Just that bad things were said.
Read the article. I didn’t think it was a big deal. Though it’s hard to tell, what with the author’s rambling, slap-dash style.
