Wouldn't surprise me at all if O did this. What we need to do is find some of the guys from the old DDR that built the Berlin Wall & build it from border to border-CA to TX so we are not overrun. Get started on it, & the guard towers now. Tax 1/3 of all $ sent to Mexico from the US to fund it.
