The eldest daughter of Warren Beatty and Annette Bening is living as a young man after changing her name.

Kathlyn Beatty, 18, is now known as Stephen Ira and is said to be planning a sex-change operation.

According to reports in the U.S., Hollywood veteran Beatty, 73, is 'crushed' by his child's determination to change her gender.

My thoughts were that she was channeling other lives like her Auntie Shirley MacClaine. She is just in some sort of limbo life between Alexander the Great and Catherine the Great.....probably more like Alexander the Confused and Catherine the Confused. Truthfully, I feel sorry for the girl. Her father was one of the greatest womanizers ever in Hollywood. His actions had to have influenced her own feelings of worth and value as a girl.

Acutally, Annette Bening and Warren Beatty are pretty normal people for celebrities. (Granted, that's not saying much!) In any case, they have been married for almost twenty years and have never been rumored to cheat on each other. This is a very sad story. Their daughter is so sweet looking and the only thing masculine about her is her haircut. I think she's probably not even a lesbian; she's just a screwed up teen.
