I am not absolutely certain what they are , but I have been told that there are limitations on the type of bills that can be passed in lame duck sessions. Possibly appropriations and emergency bills only.
It ought to be researched to be sure before people fly off the handle on this.
Your right. But, I have to say, they don’t seem to give a rats patotie what the people think, what the constitution says, or what the law says. There pretty much doing what they want to.
