You pay your money at those events and stand in line for the blue curtain crawl for a hour or so and ya get 10 to 15 seconds for your fast photo op and a hand shake before yer escorted away for the next multi thousand dollar donors picture.........
Seen it hundreds of times during my career, all polidiots do such for those that donated to their campaigns. The letters are all machine generated as are the signatures .
