Palin on Star: She's a dynamic leader who is committed to building a more prosperous environment for the families in her district and ushering in positive change.

On June 17th, Sarah Palin, former Vice Presidential candidate, announced her endorsement for Star Parker for Congress. Below is her endorsement that she posted on her Facebook page:

I’m proud to endorse Star Parker for California’s 37th Congressional District. Star has an incredible story and a passionate commitment to her community and our great nation. Rising up from being a single mom on welfare, Star worked hard to build a non-profit network that seeks to reduce poverty and create a brighter future for America by promoting free market solutions and personal responsibility. There is no doubt that she will bring a new level of enthusiasm and energy to Washington for American values, limited government, and economic growth. She’s a dynamic leader who is committed to building a more prosperous environment for the families in her district and ushering in positive change. Please join me in supporting Star and her message of hope, opportunity, and self-reliance. Visit her website at www.StarParkerforCongress.com and follow her on Facebook and Twitter.

I didn’t even know she was running. I’ve always enjoyed reading her columns.

Very interesting. She wrote an article that really steamed and surprised me some time ago, because prior to that I had enjoyed most all of her work. At this point I’ve gotta give her the benefit of 90+ % in agreement.

GO Star GO!

I want her to give the keynote speech at the 2012 RNC convention before Palin receives the official nomination of the GOP.

Star has already put all the dirt out there—like her abortions.

She is the real deal.

BTW: Is her opponent white?

Somebody has to be the GOP candidate. I’m sure Star can debate rings around whoever the Rat is, but whether anyone there will listen... well let’s hope this Rat is as klutzy as Martha Coakley was in Assachusetts against Scott Brown.

And if she does... do I see “Parker for President” in the near future?

..... sigh ..... yeah, someone will just have to say it. They always do.

I seem to recall she used to live in San Clemente, which is down the coast in Orange County. GOP country.

She might not get through a primary in such a district, since there are strong GOP incumbents such places.

But strategically getting a “person of color” into Congress representing the GOP would give her a forum to demonstrate to blacks the other political philosophy.

Star was an incredibly amazing KSFO talk show host. I hope she wins, but I wonder how come there are not more like her in Congress already— there should be.

I’ve been watching Star Parker since the early 90’s when Rush Limbaugh interviewed her for the Limbaugh Letter. I expect great things.
