Thats just insane. Some of those items had in excess of 3,000 calories and 6,000 milligrams of sodium and 150 grams of fat. No one should ever eat a meal like that. Its just short of being poisonous. One should also watch what one drinks. Certain brands of beer, particularly those brewed in Belgium, are especially high in carbohydrates and empty calories as well as alcohol, which can act as a poison if taken in excessive amounts.

Not even remotely equivocal. While I love good beer, especially trappists from Belgium, beer is something that most people enjoy occasionally. I may have a beer 3 times a month, but I eat 3 meals a day. Much more important to watch what I eat.
