President Obama Is Down To His Last "Well," And It's Not In The Gulf...
Boston Herald ^ | June 17, 2010 | Michael Graham

Remember January 2009 when Barack Obama was walking on water? When his approval rating was north of 70 percent and we conservatives were told that “resistance is futile” in the face of the most powerful political figure since, well, ever?

Then came that unavoidable force known as “reality.” The stimulus . . . didn’t. Unemployment is stubbornly high. Iran keeps ignoring us. A majority of Americans still hate Obamacare, and Obama’s endorsed candidates have performed about as well as a BP well cap.

After every policy setback and political gaffe, the Obots kept telling themselves everything was gonna be OK.

First it was, “Well, at least he’s really bright.” Then, “Well, at least the rest of the world likes us.” Then, “Well, he’s good at campaigning.”

And until Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST, it was “Well, at least he gives a good speech.”

Oops.

Obama is down to his last “well.” And it’s not the one dumping oil into the Gulf.

All the Obots have left is, “Well, at least he’s not George Bush.”

Is there anyone left who is proud of voting for Obama? Affirmatively proud, I mean, not merely glad they didn’t vote Republican. Anyone?

Even the sycophants at MSNBC are getting grumpy. Keith “Please Adjust My Meds” Olbermann called Obama’s performance Tuesday “a great speech - if you were on another planet the last 57 days.”

Try this experiment: Ask an Obama-voting co-worker, “Are you glad you voted for him?” I’ll bet you a lunch the answer will be, “At least I didn’t vote for that bleeping Bush!”

What made Obama’s BP speech so depressing is that Bush-hatred is all he has left, too. Instead of...

First it was, “Well, at least he’s really bright.”

Prove it!
Release his college transcripts.

They are hidden for a very good reason. You know darned well that if he graduated in the top half of his class, we would be reminded of it daily and his grades would have been news.

He graduated in the bottom half of his class if not right at the very bottom like McCain did... which is the most likely scenario.

Look at his dim-wit wife, her thesis is available online and the "bright wife" is dimmer than a glow-worm. Her thesis is riddled with grammar mistakes and written on a 3rd grade level.

When they say ‘at least I didn’t vote for Bush’, do you remind them that Bush wasn’t running????

Maybe his win could be chalked up to the old American Public’s moronic idea of voting for the best looking guy that looks Presidential. Form over substance is never a good idea.

To repeat a phrase from Senatorial candidate Angle, Obama, Pelosi and Reid are "waterboarding our economy".

Obama is still running against Bush, Pelosi too.

Bush hatred was all they ever had. And his media made and media pushed, Democrat backed, ‘image’.

Bush hatred is all he has left? And our Treasury..
