How can you not ask the questions of BHO that you demand from Lucas? Why do you show no concern for the Constitution of the United States? How can you believe BHO but want to destroy everyone who wants to know if the pres is a Constitutional prez instead of an illegal usurper?

If you would ask BHO some questions with the veracity you attack Lucas, you would be surprised. When reporters asked the questions they were told not to bring up the birth cert again or they would not be allowed on the press core. Nothing like tying a manb’s hands so he can’t do his job.
That is an incorrect statement. The people who made those declarations claimed expertise they do not have, and have been debunked by others with the actual expertise they claim. But be that as it may, I have repeatedly stated that these lawsuits are a waste of time, not because I like Obama, but because they have no realistic possibility of framing an actionable case that can succeed. They are simply fertile ground for con men (and woman).
If you want to do something constructive, work to put in place laws in your state that mandate how qualifications for the Presidential ballot are verified. Properly constructed, such laws could get the authorizing official in your state a peek at actual documentation transmitted by the state of Hawaii. That will yield some official verdict, which is what Birthers claim to want. I have not mocked and will not mock anyone trying to do that. That is a reasonable activity to try in a representative democracy. This other stuff isn't.
