For Sale?! Would-be burglars will cr@p their pants when they see THAT thing coming out of the garage!;)
I want one, uh, for a commuter vehicle. Yeah, that’s the ticket...
Should. Not. Say. It. Can’t. Stop. Myself.
Does the tank include impressions of Rachel Corrie?
My Birthday is coming up in just a few months if anyone was still stuck for a gift idea. You don’t even have to wrap the tank.
Merkava Howitzer Sholef
Two prototypes of Sholef (”Gunslinger” or “Slammer”) 155 mm self-propelled howitzer with automatic loading system were built by Soltam in 19841986. The 45-ton vehicle had a long 155 mm calibre gun barrel giving a range of 45+ km. Using GPS, inertial navigation, and an internal fire control computer, it was also capable of direct fire while on the move. It never entered production.
Gadzooks, big! Take that... South African artillery, eh?
If youd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.

When “hummers” were in vogue, Boca was lousy with them.
Of course they all had “FREE TIBET” and “LOVE YOUR MOTHER EARTH” Bumper Stickers on them!
They were too big for the Garages, so they were lined up in the driveways.
Probably gets slightly better milage than a tank, though.
The Merkeva is a great tank but it is highly specialized for the terrain in Israel and its environs. The design is maximized to protect the crew so its very heavy sacrificing agility.
