A civilian pretending to be a soldier convinced an Army officer to give him a sophisticated laser sight for military rifles . . . I'm guessing this will not be good for the officer's career!

I’m thinking this might be reflected on his OER/ —in a negative way. But with the current PC craze in the Army, maybe not. Retired Army
