In times of national emergency, we send in the National Guard.

Why? Posse Comitatus.

It’s rather academic, because many in our active armed forces today are actually in the National Guard. None the less, we don’t want Democrats like this prick coming back and saying, “Well, you bought off on the military in 2010. We’re going to use them now, door to door.”

We need plausible excuses to keep the left in check.

Do I care if the actual military were used in Arizona in a rational world, absolutely not. We just have to play defense with these jerks.

We need to get serious in Arizona, and I want the National Gaurd to go in guns and other things blazing. It’s time to put an end to this S.

In times of national emergency, we send in the National Guard.

It's an invasion.

Posse Comitatus would not be applicable if the DOD faced off against incoming border violations, in any or all directions.

Posse Comitatus was inarguably violated during the attack against civilians at Waco, and none of the guilty participants have yet to be prosecuted, to my knowledge.

None of our “elected” members of the Federal government will fulfill their basic sworn oathes, going back several decades.

To correct this situation may require full public faith in Posse Comitatus.
I think the majority of the uniformed members of the USA DOD will strictly abide by the UCMJ rules regarding Posse Comitatus.
