* Police discuss Surprise mom who chose to leave kids to become stripper
SURPRISE, Ariz. -- Police officers arrested a 29-year-old Surprise woman after she reportedly told police she didn't want her children any longer and punched her 11-year-old son in the stomach in front of officers.
On Friday, police received a call from an 11-year-old boy who said his mother was packing and moving to California and wasn't taking him or his 6-year-old brother with her.
When police officers arrived, they contacted the 11-year-old outside the family's apartment in the 16600 block of North Greasewood Street.
According to police spokesman Sgt. Mark Ortega, the boy's mother, Christina Muniz, came out and told officers that she was "sick of her children" and wanted the police to take them so she can "have fun and play."
Ortega said Muniz told police she wanted to start her life over and follow her dream of wanting to become a stripper and move to California.
The older boy told investigators that he took care of himself and his little brother. He said their mom spent her money on alcohol and there wasn't very much food in the house.
Responding officers contacted Child Protective Services.
Ortega said Muniz continued to be verbally abusive to the children in the presence of CPS and police. She reportedly yelled at the children, cursed at them and told them she did not want them.
As the children were being removed by CPS, the older boy attempted to hug his mom and she punched him in the stomach, according to Ortega.
CPS had been contacted in the past for reports of physical and emotional abuse, but caseworkers said the complaint was unsubstantiated.
Muniz was arrested and charged with child neglect, aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
What do you call an ugly stripper?
Dayshift.
ROTFLOL!!!!
” Any parent that would let their daughter keep her baby and not give it up is NUTS!”
Well, I guess Sarah Palin and I are nuts, pal.
Of course I did, but I guess I misunderstood your point. I thought you were criticizing the poster.

“Please Don’t Go Topless Mother” by youngster Troy Hess, a boy despairs over his single mother’s topless go-go dancing occupation in order to support her son.
It’s hard to suppress a guilty laugh when he whines the lines,
“Please don’t go topless mother
My friends won’t come to see me anymore
But their daddies do.”
This earnestly warbled plea by the young’un features the kind of syrupy country & western instrumental sludge one might expect to hear played between just those types of shows where mom bares it all. Did these would-be country crooners really think these tales of American debauchery could have made it into the jukeboxes of honky-tonks throughout this great land?...
I’d like 5 minutes alone with this piece of crap with a uterus. Then I would bring those kids home with me.
Florida's been the MSM's whipping boy long enough - we're sooooooo ready for creepy stories to have a dateline "anyplace else"...
Of course.
Apparently 18 when born (we don’t know the months), but I said “apparently 17 when she got knocked up.”
I hope karma works for this piece of trash.
My prayers go with her children.
Not at all.... I was merely applying other libertarian slogans to expand on his point.
An exception to the rule, and that was a different time. I don’t think anyone should be having children today before 25.
That poor little boy... man... she should be flogged.
She has potential, but she has untouchable classless skank written all over.
So Guilty, absent some rehabilitation.
Condemning all teenagers as unfit parents is silly. And while 18 is technically a teen they are adults.
Age isn’t a factor for parents like this. I’ve seen 40 yr olds who did similar things to their kids. Lack of moral character is the real cause. Probably some drug addiction tossed in there as well.
>> Like AP news reports about Florida after Election 2000, we can be sure to learn about every freaky or horrid crime in AZ.
bttt
I am a property manager and rent apartments. I received an e-mail yesterday from a 18 year old woman with a 3 month old baby. She told me she and her baby are homeless, sleeping on friends couches. She wanted to know if I could give her an apartment until she could find a job. I have thought about her poor little baby many times since and wish I could talk to her and convince her to place her baby for adoption.
We would have to know her date of birth. It is possible that she was 17 at conception and had the baby at 18. It is also possible that she turned 18 early in the year, and conceived and had the baby later in the year.
All teens are not bad mothers. The good ones just don’t get any publicity.
