He wasn’t attacked, and my point was, most cops don’t bother with jaywalking laws, they are among the laws passed merely to enhance revenue and for leverage in being able to harass people. There is no way a reasonable person would claim this officer was attacked. Anyone, including you, who thinks so has sh** for brains.
You need to find the unedited video. He was attacked. Was surrounded by a hostile crowd that was egging the girls on. The street is a very high traffic area, and the city installed a pedestrian walkway over the street, right where these “girls” were jaywalking. The girl was also bigger than the cop. Go back to the link and read a few of the many comments. They explain everything that KOMO left out of their sensationalist “news” story.
