Hardball looks at conservative movement
Msnbcs Chris Matthews takes a hard look at the rise of extreme conservative movements, asking the questions: Who are the new right's people? What do they want, and how do they intend to get it? Watch "Rise of the New Right," a Hardball with Chris Matthews special, on Wednesday, June 16th, at 7 p.m. ET.

The documentary features interviews across the spectrum of the New Right from Dick Armey, former House Majority Leader and a powerful figure in the Tea Party Movement to Orly Taitz, unofficial leader of the Birthers, to influential internet radio host Alex Jones. The documentary also gained access to the Michigan Militias survival training camp and hit the campaign trail with Rand Paul months before he showed up on the national radar.

I wont be watching because I have to go out and recruit more radicals, see thats what I do all day.
Why would anyone expect MSNBC to portray anything accurately?
Isn’t there already a New Right? Or is this a “new” New Right?
I’m surprised they didn’t use swastikas and burning crosses in the logo. Give them time, I guess. Or maybe they didn’t have money for an artist.
A Goebbels and Soros production with Chris Matthews as the beaver.
Notice the title “The rise of the new right”
Seems like they are subliminily making it sound like the “rise of the third reich”.
Can November get here any faster?
Does anyone else besides me suspect that they’re just waiting for some kind of attack (real or orchestrated) that they can attribute to us “extreme right-wingers”, thereby justifying a formal crackdown on coservatives and the Teaparty Movement?
Militant
You know, these folks think we’re all sitting around in the underwear we haven’t changed in months with our loaded Ak-47s that we light our cigars with by firing them off, just waiting for commander x to issue the command to mobilize.
I’m a middle-class male that has been observing what Obama and the Left has been up to for decades. I have an opinion about that and I express it. I show up at rallies and express my opinions publicly.
I do not go out to the firing range every other day. I’m not purchasing large quantities of ammunition. I’m not planning on helping others take over the government.
It doesn’t take a brain trust to notice MSNBC has been coopted by escapees from the loony bin. And this program will reinforce that reality better than I ever could.
Instead of heralding the right because it has an opinion and expresses it, someone should begin to herald the propaganda emitting from entities like MSNBC.
That is the real threat to our nation. And it’s not because they disseminate news. It’s because they disseminate propaganda. Provide an even handed factually based news program, and I don’t have a problem with it. Demonizing the right, because it is exercising it’s First Amendment rights in accordance with our Constitution, that is something to be afraid of.
I advise folks to tune in to this show. See first hand how propaganda works. Watch what MSNBC is trying to do to your fellow citizens, who are doing nothing more than expressing concern about Obama, the Left, and even MSNBC itself.
And it’s no wonder why, as this show will prove.
Expect to see it depicted there are millions of armed people out there getting ready to attack. Tell you what, I’ve been around Conservatives for forty years, and I haven’t gotten my marching orders yet. LMAO As if...
I've found that if I leave the TV turned off and concentrate on my work around The Homestead (put in a new well, replant some of the windbreak trees, work on the fences...) the time just flies.
...and just who the **** is Chris Matthews, anyway? LOL
You aren’t alone.
Yeah, giving US marching orders would be kind'a like herding cats!
;^)
Agreed. Hell, we can’t even agree wither it’s a good idea to back John McCain for re-election or not.
Crypto-fascist porn for the leftards
No relationship to truth, just two minutes of hate.
Matthews has no problem with actual violent terrorists, like Bill Ayers, yet slimes peaceful TEA partiers
And just how, sir, did you happen to know the name of my commander? (Criminy, I bet that suspected infiltrator has been spilling our secrets again! Better get to work rooting 'em out.) Oh, and I take strong offense at that underwear remark. I change my underwear once a month, whether it needs it or not. And just so's you know, we're not completely dependent on that Commie crap for cigar-lighting. Our AR-15s work just as well for lighting cigars, thank you very much.
Some of you must bite the bullet and watch this trash. Please do so and note how much, if any, of his presentation is backed up with actual facts. Glenn Beck uses actual words of the opposition to back up his claims.
“Orly Taitz, unofficial leader of the Birthers”
I knew from when I first heard of this ditz that the left was going drop that turd into our punchbowl.
I stand corrected...
