This is exactly what I have been saying for more than three years. A trial in a regular court allows counsel for the defendants to force the government to reveal the sources of classified evidence. Because of this, the government has, in the past, forced to dismiss cases rather than reveal courses.

On the other hand, revealing classified sources is NOT required before a military tribunal. That is one of many reasons why terrorists should be tried before tribunals.

Eric Holder is not, cannot, be dumb enough not to know this. But he wasn't appointed to follow the law or do justice. He was appointed to do whatever his boss, the President, wants done, without question.
