With Election Day more than four months away, however, the Democratic Party has an opportunity in the 2010 campaign to try to alter voters' perceptions of the party's ideology.To do that, they would have to repeal everything they've done thus far, remove the current congressional leadership and remove the president.

The Democrat Party no longer exists.
We now have the Ubber-Elite Leftist/Progressive Party being co-opted/used by the Radical Anarchists and Special Interest groups they themselves use for power.
The question is, how many in the Progressive party agree with the Radical Anarchists and want bloodshed?
