If you check out the photos from her trip to the Middle East (when she was wearing a tight T-shirt), you'll see that Sarah has an ample rack. My guess is that she was wearing a well-engineered bra and perhaps the photos were even photoshopped.

Getting a “boob job” would make no sense as it would reinforce every negative stereotype.
