That’s what I was thinking ... there may likely be more victims, only 2 that we know of so far.

LOL ... you'll be surprised it was "all the steak he could eat" plus cigarettes any time he wanted, and feed him very good. And then treat him very nice ... :-) [no..., I'm not kidding about the steak and cigarettes, that was straight from the Peruvian authorities...]
That was it.
He had an Dutch Embassy representative there with him for all the interrogations, who did the translating. And he had his lawyer there for all of it.
They basically got a full and good confession from him by being very nice to him ... :-)
