CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--THE LAW GROUP, LTD. announces today that it is investigating the first Statewide Class Action against Subway Restaurants, on behalf of all residents of Illinois who allegedly sustained injuries associated with Salmonella bacteria after eating a Subway sandwich.
Our investigation reveals that between May 11, 2010 and May 25, 2010, Illinois Subway restaurants, owned by Connecticut based, Doctors Associates, Inc., sold sandwiches containing a dangerous strain of Salmonella bacteria known as Hvittingfoss, said Chicago attorney, Kenneth B. Moll. Attorney Moll has represented claimants in several high profile product cases including the 2000 Sara Lee litigation which involved hundreds of individuals injured after eating Sara Lee hotdogs contaminated with the bacteria strain, Listeria monocytogenes.

What do you expect for $5?
I ordered the salmon. It had chickenella.
Oh my God
the dreaded Hvittingfoss ...
Of course, sue
Doesn’t everyone???
When I worked in a restaurant as a kid, one day a “lady” slipped on the pavement outside (owned and maintained by the city, not us);
She came in and walked up to the cashier and said:
“Where do I go to get the papers to fill out to sue?”
For a company that advertises the rolls are fresh every day why do I always seem to get a dried rock?
I love the Subways around here. They are mostly owned by families who are paying for a franchise and they do a terrific job. I am sorry there was some sort of problem in Illinois. Salmonella causes problems all over the world. Bad things sometimes happen. Were the Subways in Illinois not following normal cleanliness and hygene standards and being inspected by local health officials. If they were... it might be hard to show negligence on their part. You are rooting for a bunch of blood sucking good for nothing attorneys... congratulations on your choice of pals.
