I am no expert myself, but as some of my Peruvian friends tell me he is not in Aruba anymore. I think they may know what goes on there as they are some kind of ex government people and say Peru will hold on to him no matter what, In other wordś Peru don give a flip what the rest of the world thinks. Soundś good to me.

That’s good news, was afraid Peru may have a provision allowing extradition for crimes committed previously.
