But he does choose to expound on our healthcare legislation, immigration policy, our war with the Islamics, Israel's war with the Islamics.....
Things are becoming very clear, which is a good thing in the end.
It is good to know whom you can count on in a battle.
The Pope was in Cyprus when he said this. Apparently Bishop Padovese had received a call from somebody in the Turkish government warning him that his driver (assigned to him four years ago by the Turkish government itself) had “gone radical.” As a result, the bishop cancelled his planned trip to Cyprus because he was afraid that his driver would try to kill the Pope during the trip, since the driver would have had access to the Pope.
I think it was probably prudent at that time to say little or nothing about this and not recognize it for what it was, an act of Islamic terrorism, because this could have stirred up the Turkish Muzzies who have already captured half of the island of Cyprus. There was a special corridor set up for Muslim representatives from that part of Cyprus who wished to come and greet the Pope, and only one of them came: an 89 yr old Sufi (and Sufis are regarded as heretics by most Muslims).

Really? You have a problem with the Pope reminding Catholic pro-abortion politicians that if they vote for federal funding of abortion they are excommunicated?
And as far as I’ve heard, Benedict has said zip about our immigration policies.
