Did I wake up in a parallel universe or something? While browsing this mornings news and opinion, I came to a startling discovery: I agree with the Daily Kos about something.
For those of you who havent stormed away from your computers in shock and disgust, hear me out. Yesterday, California Republican Senate candidate Carly Fiorina had a bit of a micro-incident (it doesnt deserve full-blown scandal status):
Unaware of an open mic before a television interview on Wednesday, Fiorina mocked rival Sen. Barbara Boxers hair, complained about Fox-TVs Sean Hannity and grumbled about Election Night cheeseburgers.

Carly will be on Sean’s TV program tomorrow evening and we’ll see how tough he really is.
Hannity threw a petulant tantrum when he interviewed Tom McClintock during the California recall election, but he put on his kneepads for Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The article is a load of much ado about nothing, AKA throw it into the air and see what sticks.
eyes rolling.
give it up Chuck...give it up.
Sean is the dumbest and least effective voice on the right today. And no, he’s not a tough interviewer of people on either side of the aisle.
same pair he wore for his nightly gargles of rooty toot?......nah, prob. not, those have to have been worn out.
I don’t even know what she was trying to say. The only thing I can think of is that she was trying to say that he’s too conservative to have Californians watching him.
She dissed Boxer’s hair. oooooooh.
Have never know Hannity to take them off, he has his head so far up Newts rear end he sounds like he's sniffing glue.
Dead on!!!
The whole Fox News operation is shilling for McNasty. You’d think the drama queen had a special dressing room at the studio.
Yep. Just like he did for Rudy. But he wouldn’t even talk about the election with Hunter.
This is WAR. Therer are no RULES in war. Diss her hair, diss her clothes, diss her family, diss her Marxist idiology. Diss her friends, diss her work record, diss her arrogance. And most of all, DISS HER TREASON!
And when they come at you for running a negative campaign, diss THEM for making you do THEIR JOB.
Mocked, complained and grumbled.
Another non-voter wants the vote!
Sean is a choirboy, always singing what’s playing loudest in the latest conservative echo-chamber he himself helps to create.
I’m not saying he’s wrong frequently, as far as some basic point’s of view go; I just don’t think he’s either original or very deep.
And, in his own way, (I believe) he sometimes does what the “liberal” media does so well, which is help turn what are tangents into dominant-at-the-moment themes, sometimes in ways that actually distract from more critical issues.
And, while Rush’s self-promotion is up-front, Sean’s (I believe) is an even stronger personal attempt of his work, in spite of all he does to try to mask it behind a well-worked “humble” public demeanor.
All, in my “humble” opinion./sarc
I get home from work between 11pm and midnight so I get to see a lot of Hannity reruns. I’m not impressed.
His job is to appeal to moronic women voters. He's perfect for it. He gets dumb housewives to vote GOP. That's good for something, I guess, but it means I have no use for him.
