I think it would be great if you post the picture of Gibbs and under put the clip I found, and also the video clip concerning the birth certerficate comment Gibbs made. I could not find that clip.
There was also an indication that he used a social security number for college that was 999 (I believe) which colleges generally generate for those that are foreign exchange students. If true, then he also committed fraud by claiming to be a foreign student and possibly receiving aid for that reason. No wonder his college records are sealed!
