Another gem from Alvin Greene. He's refused to withdraw from the race according to Fowler.

This is gonna be hilarious!

Anyone want to bet on if Slick Willy is headed down here to SC to “offer” him a job to quit the primary......This guy will drop out and probably end up working for Obama....

The Democrats are going to use every dirty trick in the book to replace this guy soon.

The don't have anybody that can win this election, but this muttonhead could drag down the party nationally.

Stay out of private planes, Mr. Greene!

Follow the money....When he filled out the form in the criminal porn case, disclosed his assets and got a public defender, he lied about his finances. If he had $10K in the bank, he wouldn’t have gotten a PD.

More popcorn please.

Of course the Democrats are certain that Alvin Greene is a dirty Republican trick.

... a trick SO conniving that the GOP even mass-hypnotized the majority of South Carolina democrat voters to elect him as their candidate in Tuesday's primary.

Why, Greene can't even string together a coherent sentence! He's unemployed and leeches off his mother who is on welfare! Not only that, but he's facing felony charges for sexual abuse! And where does a black man in South Carolina come up with a $10,000 filing fee, anyway?!

Just amazing they're saying this about him. Utterly amazing.

Um, folks. I've been through South Carolina. Alvin Greene is a perfect representative for the Democratic party by his lifestyle, deeds, and words.

Any Democrats out there reading this post who don't understand how this can possibly be, let me ask you to first raise your hands if you've honestly ever been through South Carolina. Here, I'll count the hands...

... (*crickets*) ...

Right, that's what I thought. Thanks.

Your Southern USA political strategy is just marvelous, Democrats. Simply marvelous. Do some F'ing research before you accuse the GOP of a dirty trick.

He'll need a time machine!

The primary is over, he is the nominee.

He sounds like Howard Stern's imaginary traffic reporter, Mama Looka Boobooday.

Greene swears up and down that he’s no plant and denies Clyburn’s accusation. It’s in the interview.

IIRC, the filing deadline was last autumn. Perhaps he’d already wrote the check for the filing fee? Dunno.

We’re gonna have a run on popcorn in these parts.

The one he’s wearing in the photo in #8 appears to say “Greene Family Reunion”

You guys don’t get it...some Republicans learned that a huge part of the voter group in South Carolina will vote along racial lines. Then they talked this guy into running...giving him the money (he never had $10k). Then they likely went out to the ministers in the region...paid enough of them to jump-charge the campaign effort.

Greene never spent more than $5k on this entire election. He never made speeches. Whatever ad’s appeared...were never bought by him.

In simple words...this was a five-star Karl Rove-type effort and unbelievable. The Democrats can’t fire the guy...if they do...he runs as an independent with more financial backing...and takes away their votes against any real Democratic candidate.

The state Democratic party should learn from this....your greatest strength...is your greatest weakness.

Wanna use the same trick again? Find a Latino and finance him to run as a Democrat in Texas in the next election. Same way in California.

Indeed. The guy is a cat lover, and that goes a long way in my book!

That is the liberal charge, but if true, it will easily be revealed whenever somebody finds out where the $10K came from. And that will certainly happen.

The media will scream bloody murder if that's the case, but it's not illegal to give a guy money, since he wasn't a candidate for anything at the time.

Still, I don't think the Republicans are that Machiavellian. They've haven't shown that sort of creativity and initiative since Gordon Liddy was pulling tricks like that.

I understand that's a federal crime, but can't say for sure. And if the GOP is behind it, they need to go to jail.

You make a number of specific factual claims about what happened.

Do you really have knowledge that the things you say are true or are you merely speculating?

If you are just speculating you should state clearly that this is the case.

If you are claiming to possess specific knowledge about this issue then perhaps you could tell us all how you came to know these things.
