Which is why I hope Republicans do not take control in November. I just want a big enough turnover to mute any further democrat actions. Nothing can be repealed without Jr’s signature. Any downturn in the economy will be blamed on a new republican majority. The fault needs to rest on libdems for the 2012 turnover to be tsunami.

Your scenario is one possible way it could play out. However, I sense voter anger and disgust at this President and the Dims in Congress is fairly strong and with a landslide take over of Republicans in the Congress, I think they would be emboldened by the results to overturn some laws, and make the ‘present’ voting President pick a side. He will continue his overt radical agenda by vetoing everything in direct opposition to the obvious will of the people, and he will have no chance in 2012.

Republicans absolutely need to get control of the House and House committees and chairmanships. That way, if united, they can at least stop any new Obama initiatives and also launch needed investigations with subpoena power.

I don't think the public will be led around by the nose now and swallow whatever the leftist media puts out. Too many are on to that old game, and it's beyond critical that Republicans regain control of at least the House in 2010.
