My greater concern is if the military looks as the voter as a perpetual problem. If their respect for the voting majority continues to be undermined, then it would ultimately reach the breaking point, and they would consider the system broken. That is the greatest danger we face. We must restore the military’s respect for the voter.

The universal franchise is the problem. The military is one of the possible solutions (though quite an unlikely one, IMO).

Nobody who understands jacksh*t respects the voter - and they are perfectly right.
