HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - An illegal immigrant charged in the deaths of two teens could make a court appearance on Thursday.
According to court documents, a status hearing is scheduled for Feliz Ortega Thursday morning.
Ortega is charged with murder for the deaths of 16-year-old Leigh Anna Jimmerson and 19-year-old Tad Mattle.
Police say Ortega caused the accident that killed the teens in April 2009.
Officers say his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit at the time.
His trial is set to start June 21st.
Where’s the outrage from Calderon?
Oh, that’s right, he’s only outraged when illegal Mexican invaders and drug gangstahs are killed.
Killing gringos is sport.
I feel so sorry for the parents and family of those two girls. There won’t be any real justice for them. They will have to wonder all of their lives the “what if” part of the equation. That is, would my daughter be alive IF an illegal was not allowed/supported/promoted in my country.
In the end, no real punishment will happen until this starts happening to some Congresscritter’s family members, none on who live on the border.
This sort of crime should cause an autonomous posse to form, go into Mexico, and execute 10 Mexican government officials as a warning to keep your damn criminals in your septic country.
