I realize that I am of a different mind than most here, but I’m not for anyone who is imprisoned for a crime being tortured by fellow inmates. However, I admit I would probably feel differently if a loved one of mine had been killed. I think it is up to God to pronounce the maximum judgement. It’s very unfortunate that Peru doesn’t have the death penalty.

It must have been God who sent him to Peru.

I have to agree to an extent. Usually the punishment should be the imprisonment and only the imprisonment. However, in cases where justice fails repeatedly, as it did with this priviledged murderer, or other repeat offenders who kill and walk, justice is still demanded. If the System cannot provide it, the bill is still due.

As for God pronouncing the ultimate judgement, He only does that On Reciept.

The prisoners will arrange the delivery. (Contents may have settled during shipping.)

I'm with you. I want him dead. Quickly. By government action or otherwise. I see no point in damaging the souls of ordinary decent prisoners in the process by permitting them to engage in torture. Kill this evil thug and then forget him.

How do you know this isn't it?
