Did you notice the strange smile he gave the guy when handed the key to the room? Eeeery! And she just shuffled all the way to the room with her head down like she was out of it.

I went back to look when we first see her...It looks like something on her right wrist...As she's walking, she seems to be lifting her hand...changing something...I can't really tell what is happening but by the time they get to the door...there is definitely nothing on her right wrist.

Also note...He turned the light on when he went in...but did not turn it off when he left which doesn't fit the "don't bother my girlfriend" remark to the clerk.
