Sounds great, put it out here. Lots of others will sign up as well.
Mara sems a bit more forthcoming on the "after the show" gig than while on the show.
Once again we have another major league female Republican Rock Star Dana Perrino, without these gals our party would fold and wither away.
Speaking of women in politics.....I happened upon Nikki Haley’s TV commercial while in Carolina last month. My impression was she was clearly not dynamic. I assume her advert people would want to put her best forward, but it was terribly lame, imho. Any input from Carolinians ?
I like Dana but one day last week I heard her response to a question that encapsulates what I see as the entire problem with the very "nice" repub party.
I don't buy it that they don't get invited on the talk shows, btw....when Boehner wants a press conference he gets attendees. Maybe some of the pub players that the media views as "minor" don't get the attention but seems to me, to my great joy, btw, that Boehner was on TV every day during the health care debate. I don't think for a minute that if he called up MTP or other and asked to be a guest that they would tell him no. But as always, there are those who keep giving the pubs a pass on this so okay, everyone's mileage may vary.
Dana was asked what she thought about the Gov. of Arizona snarky response to Obama's lobs he keeps throwing. The lady Gove had, if you recall, some really sarcastic response but I forget, dag I'm getting old. It was funny, however, and she took Obama to task for the fed gubmint's failure to enforce the borders. It was a hoot.
Dana says, "it isn't the way I would have handled it. I'd have stayed above the fray."
This is why the Dems always win! The pubs keep wanting to stay ABOVE THE FRAY! It's why Katrina got pinned on Bush, why the mantra "no weapons of mass destruction" is now an accepted truth. THEY WANT TO STAY ABOVE THE FRAY!!!
God bless them all and may their head hairs not get mussed and may their tans never fade.
Cause politics is a war of sorts, and the pubs go to the war with...slingshots, for example, while the other side has great big guns.
I don’t know much about Haley but on Hot Air.com they have many threads about her race.
Seems her own side is attacking her viciously and if you believe the terrible accusations they are making, you’d think she slept with everybody in the state.
Which makes me think she’s a very big threat to the status quo.
I love it when Liz Cheney calls her out.
jeff Gannon??? don’t know that one.
Unbelievable...she talks about how we need more jobs and reduce the tax burden on corporations...HUH? then she fiollows it up with its all Bush’fault...
A full Burka is more in order.
Not really familiar with the entire scenario down there seems to be a lot in play especially with Sarah supporting her,be interesting to see how it all plays out.
Just too good,love it.
You almost have to be a SC insider to know what is really going on there.
Almost exactly what Rush did. (sorry, I went to church—well, not sorry I went to church but sorry for the delay in answering)
That we should be drilling in Alaska and in the many places in the country where oil could be found safely and easily but where the enviro-wackos had convinced the powers that be that we shouldn’t drill.
That this stupid policy had forced drilling out to where it is neither easy nor safe, etc.
Well, we have same temps in Dallas area but no ocean.
Oh, I absolutely loved that video. Thanks for posting. Wasn’t sure where I could find it again.
It was priceless how the crowd slowly realized what was happening, one guy stood and little by little the whole crowd was standing with hands over their hearts.
