hmmmm... Well, Carville is a snake-headed landshark so it may be that he has laser-beam vision just like the animated photos I’ve seen of Donald Rumsfeld and HRC here at FR over the years. In fact, I think the better question would be ‘how could Carville “not” have deadly laser-beam vision?’
There’s also the matter of the Colorado freshwater shark who turned rapist in one of the most recent South Park episodes.
All of these elements combined suggest to me that Dr. Evil’s sharks with frikkin’ laser beams on their heads may indeed be involved in this matter to some extent.
