I am so pissed off right now, my head is about to explode. People in La. say nothing is being done. The so called clean up crews on the beaches are chatting and texting on their cell phones! Who are these people? The rumor is that they are work release prisoners or something..which sounds like something Van Jones would be demanding. This is the most incompetent response to a national disaster in American history.
