It's likely that Red China has quietly rebuffed any requests from the Kenyan Clown to meet; they have already publicly turned down Secretary Gates' request for a meeting this week:
Gates 'disappointed' by Chinese rebuff.
The Kenyan Clown is despised by most world governments as feckless and improvident, and few have much time for him.
(Of course, he will always be welcomed by those impoverished countries that he showers with our taxpayer money.)

I’m telling you. He is going to resign in November. The leak is going full tilt as the LMRP is providing minimal (if any) improvement to the situation. The Gulf Coast economy is getting vaporized as we speak. And the press is going to excoriate him for doing NOTHING for two weeks when the Coast Guard knew within 24 hours what the extent of the spill was going to be.
Add to this the potential (likelihood?) of impeachment when the GOP takes back Congress (and they will), and it all adds up to a visit from Democrat leadership sometime in October. The media will make it happen, so Hillary can get positioned for 2012.
My prediction: Obama resigns.

Is he allowed to smoke on Air Force 1?
Could be its too long to go without the smokes these days.
Or maybe its because he will not get his originally expected adulation in Indonesia. This trip is not longer what they had originally cooked up and I suspect it may never happen.
