Peru was unsuccessful in getting death penalty reinstated.

The Peruvian Justice Ministry and Supreme Court agreed to China’s extradition request, in spite of the international conventions Peru has signed prohibiting the handing over of citizens to countries where they may face execution.
The Peruvian authorities were satisfied by a letter from China’s Supreme People’s Court containing assurances that Wong would not be sentenced to death if found guilty.

Joran confesses to have done something bad.

De berichtgeving in de Telegraaf is onjuist. Coverage in the Telegraph is wrong. Mijn naam wordt ook genoemd. My name is also mentioned. Bij deze mijn reactie. In this my response.
Met grote schok heb ik kennis genomen van de dood van Tatiana Flores Stephany Ramirez in Peru. With shock I learned of the death of Tatiana Flores Stephany Ramirez in Peru. Als gebroken man schrijf ik nu deze woorden, omdat ik me enorm schuldig voel dat het me niet eerder gelukt is Joran te overtuigen zijn straf uit te gaan zitten en zware therapie te ondergaan. If broken man I write these words now because I feel very guilty that I was not previously succeeded Joran to convince his sentence to sit down and to undergo heavy therapy. Nog een slachtoffer, verschrikkelijk. Another victim, terrible.
Het ergste is nog dat het voorkomen had kunnen worden als de elite serieuzer geluisterd had en meer onderzoek had verricht. The worst thing that could have been avoided if the elite had seriously listened and had conducted more research. Hier zou ik een boek mee kunnen vullen, maar voorlopig laat ik het hierbij. Zelf sprak ik Joran vorige week voor het laatst. I Joran himself said last week before last. Echter Joran’s vriend sprak Joran nog zeer recent. But Joran’s friends Joran even said recently. Hij heeft hier dit over te zeggen: Here he has this to say:

It is an accumulation of frustration, for that moment (the lack of money in a distant, foreign country), but his total life. Het werd hem allemaal teveel. It was all too much to him.
Ik zeg bij deze, de ruzie, en woordenwisseling met dat meisje ging naar alle waarschijnlijkheid over geld. I say to this, the quarrel and argument with the girl was probably about money. Hij zou in therapie en een sociaal werktraject gaan om zijn leven weer vorm te geven. He was in therapy and a social study programs continue to shape his life. Een week nadat hij zou worden opgenomen gebeurd dit..... A week after he would include this happened .....
Een diep tragische gebeurtenis in een diep tragische verwikkeling van vele factoren. A deeply tragic event in a deeply tragic complication of many factors.
Moge beide meisjes rusten in vrede. May both girls rest in peace.

Seriously, tho, both the prosecutor and the judge that didn’t arrest this thug after he confessed to Natalie’s killing on videotape have the blood on their hands of this poor young woman.....as well as any bystander that may have recognized Urine when he was with the latest victim.
He will be extradited. Peru wants him and I seriously doubt Chile is going to stand in the way.

From what I previously, heard...Joran told housekeeping NOT to clean the room. He would tell them when he needed them.
Just got home and am over joyed they caught him.
I hope the Aruban LEOs are really proud of themselves right now, enabling him to escape justice, helping him to abuse and hurt and who-knows-what-all else to HOW MANY MORE WOMEN OUT THERE that we don't yet know about?

His father helped him along with Arubans,,I hope they feel terrible now.
I don’t know about Peruvian jails but suspect he won’t get cable tv and exercise and visitors.
